Everything You Need to Know Before Your Arrival

Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Late Arrival: After 10:00 PM, a quick check-in is available, with the requirement to complete the document check the following morning.

Guests must arrange an approximate arrival time with the Host prior to check-in.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and the property's schedule. The Host will inform guests of this possibility when applicable.

In-Person Check-in & Check-out: Registration and check-out will be done in person to verify identity documents and to collect the local Tourist Tax (Tassa di Soggiorno).

Guest Access & Privacy: The apartment is fully accessible only to registered guests. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted inside the property.

House Brochure: A welcome brochure with all the house information and guidelines will be available for you to read.

Pre-Arrival Registration: Before your arrival, you will receive all necessary instructions to access the apartment and complete the required registration with an ID card or passport, in compliance with Italian law.

Welcome Gift: A complimentary Welcome Kit will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Long Stays (Over 7 Days): For hygiene reasons, professional cleaning and a linen/towel change are required every 7 days for stays longer than a week. The extra cost ranges from €38 to €50, depending on the number of beds to be prepared, and will be charged to the guest.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Building Rules: We kindly ask you to respect the building's common areas.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pet Policy: Pets are more than welcome! Please make sure to inform us during direct booking or via the booking or Airbnb platforms.

In the summer, the Messina coast is one of the most delightful places in Sicily for those seeking sun, sea, and authenticity away from the massive crowds.

THE AEOLIAN ISLANDS

Milazzo is only 15 km away—less than a 20-minute drive. From its port, ferries and hydrofoils depart daily for the seven islands of the archipelago: Lipari, Vulcano, Stromboli, Panarea, Salina, Filicudi, and Alicudi. This breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage site is right before your eyes, making day trips or even a quick evening excursion incredibly simple.

The apartment is exceptionally convenient for your daily needs: supermarkets, a bank, a post office, cafés, pharmacies, and shops are all within short walking distance. You won’t have to compromise on anything—not even your morning espresso right outside your doorstep.

Travel Tip: To explore the region at its best—especially to reach Milazzo and the main attractions—we highly recommend having a car or relying on the local taxi service. The location is incredibly convenient, but the freedom of having your own wheels will allow you to make the absolute most of every single day.

• The Source of Venus (Fonte di Venere): The thermal baths are fed by this legendary historic spring, flowing naturally at a temperature of 34°C .

• Healing Properties: These mineral waters are classified as sulfurous and bicarbonate-alkaline. The sulfur provides powerful anti-inflammatory and regenerating benefits, while the carbonic acid stimulates the vascular system and purifies the skin. Remarkably, it is one of the very few sulfurous waters that can also be used as a therapeutic drinking treatment.
